Prayer Request
At this time we accept prayer requests
via our P.O. Box ONLY. No phone calls please!
Everyone needs a little help at one time or another. If you feel the need
we will be happy to pray for you or your loved one. Your prayer request
will be submitted to a world wide prayer group who works with LENA for
just such matters. We ask for a "love offering" of $10.00- or greater-that
will be placed in a fund for the purpose of building the "Please Take Care
of Me Foundation" for needy young parents and children. To receive prayer
and place a love offering simply submit your "love offering" here and then
email your prayer request to lena@lenainc.com and place "Prayer" in the

POWERFUL
HEALING PROGRAM
This method of
healing is to help your body to align to combat a specific dis-ease in
your body, mind or spirit. It is powerful and potent.
Here's how it
works:
On a designated
Thursday, from 10:00 to 10:08pm EST settle yourself and be still.
During this time
take a deep breath and release 3 times (breath in to the count of 6 and
out to the count of 8) and then slowly say, out loud, the Lord's Prayer
or any other such prayer was you are comfortable with.
From 10:08 to
10:33pm the healing transmission will occur. There is nothing for you to
do during this 25 minute transmission other than be alone, still and
sitting or lying with your feet and arms uncrossed and your eyes
closed. (If you choose to fall asleep, this is perfectly acceptable as
long as you make the statement of intent to be receptive to our healing
efforts).
After that you can resume your activities - although you are asked to be
very gentle and it is suggested that either going to bed or remaining in
meditation may be helpful but is not absolutely essential to the
process.
The Healing
process will continue after 10:33pm on and throughout the week.
You may or not
feel something during the first or subsequent process or after each
session and/or during the nights.
Notwithstanding
this, the morning following each transmission you are required to
provide a few words of any experiences that may have been felt during or
after the transmission process. Please keep it short. Simply provide
acknowledgement if you did or did not feel something [this is not a
test and there is no right or wrong]. Your feedback helps our dedicated
healers keep a focus and hold a better understanding.

experience. This will help and encourage others as they relate to what
is posted.
Remember that
healing only occurs when the person who is experiencing the dis-ease is
willing to 'let go' of the matrix that is holding the vibration with
which the dis-ease is aligning. Once the 'matrix' is released, healing
must occur.

DAILY HEALING
PRAYER PROGRAM
To help
you keep in alignment, we offer to place you in our thoughts and in our
prayers each day. This is a special healing prayer session specifically
aligning all who participate with the cosmic, spiritual and angelic
forces to help bring peace and harmony into your lives. Your only
participation in this is to give permission for us to tap into your
higher self and place it in our Divine circle of light. This is an
ongoing program.
If you
