While in conversation
with a few of my students, I was reminded of the many times I’d
repeated the same thing until it had finally registered with them.
We spoke about the fact that 99 people may be making a
statement about the same matter
, yet it takes the
100th person speaking about the same matter
, before the idea is
digested and perceived. My students
pointed out the many times I’d stated that we all do not resonate
with the same vibrat
ion, and may reject
from one what we accept from another. So, I agreed to write this
book, in honor of the 99 people who have come before me for some of
you. Perhaps I can be your 100th person!
It’s virtually
impossible to eliminate exposure to situations that have potential
to cause you stress
, but, you can work
on avoiding them to the best of your abilities. When you’re exposed
to stress
you can change how
you respond to these situations, therefore minimizing or actually
neutralizing
the impact the
situation may have on your emotion
al and/or physical
well being. Stress
is an ongoing and
never-ending part of your life, but it doesn’t have to become your
style of life! Just think about it. If you clean up your
environment and make it as stress
free as possible,
while you shift your thought mode toward those unavoidable stress
ors, you can enjoy a
more happy and healthy lifestyle.
Science states that man is made of
energy
. Science also
states that energy
can’t be destroyed,
it simply takes another form. This being the case, then you are a
walking, talking, living, breathing creature of energy
and, as you already
know, energy
is incredibly
versatile and flexible. Learning to control the energy
flow in your body
and understanding its effects on you and your surroundings can play
an enormous role on helping you to keep balanced and healthy. When
you become in control of your energy
flow, you become
empowered
Here is some food
for thought. When you’re constantly placing a problem under mental
review, you’re
prohibiting it from working itself out. I equate that to writing a
letter but not releasing it into the mail system. It’s important
for you to stay positive and detached and “know it is as it should
be”. That doesn’t mean that you should bury your head and do
nothing. There’s an old Arab saying “Trust in God, but tie your
camel”.
Scientists are discovering that colors
have a profound
influence on our bodies, moods, thoughts, behaviors and
generations. Even you’ve some inkling about color and its effect on
your behavioral pattern. How often have you stated, “I feel sad and
blue
today” or “She’s
looking at the world through rose colored glasses”
Keeping the fact
that colors
vibrat
e in mind
, think about how
they vibrat
e and interact with
the energies around them and utilize the laws of manifest
ation.
There’s a saying:
“You are what you eat”, and it couldn’t be more true. Think about
the last time you had a headache, or a stomach ache, or felt cranky
or bloated. How about your complexion? Is it peaches and cream?
Or is it showing signs of stress
?
Raisins are high
in fiber

boron. They help fight colon

. Raisins also
assist in lowering cravings for nicotine
.
Side effects: Raisins contain a lot of amines, which
are chemical substances that can trigger headaches in some people.

your heart-health, heals periodontal disease
, facilitates weight
loss, boosts energy
and promotes
general sense of well-being. It’s present in many foods,
especially organ meat, oily fish and whole grains.
Chamomile has an
excellent calming property and is often used as a sleep
aid Most people
tolerate chamomile well, but if you have an allergy to ragweed you
may want to think twice about using it.
A power nap by
definition is ten minutes or less. A good nap, however, lasts
between twenty and thirty minutes. This “down time” does a world of
good for your body. Some believe it helps lengthen your life span.
You may go into a slumber, light doze or simply rest. But try to
take the down time whenever possible, you’ll be glad you did.
Stress
indeed is a part of
live, but it certainly doesn’t have to be a way of life. Control
stress
instead of letting
stress control you. Take back your power and smile, smile, smile!
