HAYMANOOTHA HEALING
Over the years, Lena Sheehan was guided to study a variety of healing modalities which included reflexology, meridian balancing, and Reiki. Once she had qualified in these healing arts, she was then embued by her Master Teacher Guide, Urla-Ra, with sacred symbols known to no other human on the planet at this time and was given the instruction to call the healing energy that these symbols brought forth. The healing modality is called Haymanootha (An Aramaic word meaing "belief") Healing. A powerful healing tool, Haymanootha Healing as assisted people with dis-eases from cancer to dislocated joints in all living creatures.

HYPNOSIS
As a Certified Hypnotherapist, Lena Sheehan offers two types of hypnosis sessions.
A Clinical Hypnosis session is designed to work assist you in reprogramming your subconsciou mind (your body's computer) and help rid you of bad habits and phobias; such as stop smoking and fear of flying.
A Regression Hypnosis session delves into different levels of consciousness to reach thoughts and memories acquired either during your present or your past life or lives. We are then able to tap into the source of a problem and once viewed, it is released.
Hypnotherapy is both a tool for healing and a valuable tool to tap into our vastness. We can then bring and incorporate this information into our daily lives to assist in a better quality of life.
SPIRIT RELEASEMENT
Spirit Releasement is not exorcism. Exorcism is a procedure to cast out demons. In the Releasement process, we work with the attached entity (which may or may not be malevolent) and turn it toward light, releasing it from its earthbound state so it can go into the Light. By sending it to the Light, we prevent the entity from seeking a new person to attach to. In most cases of earthbound spirit attachment, the entity is made aware of its situation by myself with the loving aide of a loved one who comes to help in the transition.
FREQUENCY BALANCING
Frequency Balancing is also well known around the world as "RIFE" healing in honor of Dr. Rife who first discovered it during is search to cure cancer in the early 1900's. The concept is that if your body is in balance and alignment with the world around you it will heal itself. If you have been a health client of mine, over the years at one point or another you were sure to hear me say that "Dis-Ease" in the body, if left unchecked, will become "Disease". The beauty is that you don't have to be with me strapped and wired in to reap the benefits of the Frequency Balancing. The machine works remotely by placing your DNA into it and then programming it to the desired frequency that is known to balance the particular "Dis-Ease" you are dealing with.
