Although Spiritual Consultations, Mediumship Sessions and Healing Facilitation are available in person, Lena's unique ability to "tune in" to an individual's energy from a distance not only made her a sought after guest for radio appearances for over a decade, but makes appointments over the telephone highly effective and desirable. Lena's toll free number is for US calls only. International calls can be performed through Skype, Yahoo Chat, MSN Chat, etc.

How a session works.
Lena is a medium and must "shift" her energy to receive the information you are seeking. The initial "shift" is the most taxing on her and she finds she can only do this a certain number of times each day without it being detrimental to her. It is for this reason that she works in time increments and not by the minute.
Naturopathic and Nutrition advice is an added bonus in your session and is not billed separately.

Business Management Consultations
A large percentage of Lena's clientele are professionals seeking advice on strategic management of their business operations. These Business Management Consultations are billed at the same rate as Spiritual Consultations and Mediumship Sessions.
Healing Sessions are available in person or distance.

A full healing session lasts anywhere from 60 to 90 minutes and a mini healing session lasts anywhere from 30 to 45 minutes. The length of each session is determined upon the health and healing needs of the individual. Sessions are not calculated per minute and may vary each time in accordance to the individual’s healing pattern.
Hypnosis Sessions are available in person or over the telephone. You are with LENA for approximately one hour. The session fees are as follows:

PUBLIC NOTICE: All sessions must be reserved with $50.00 fee, paid at the time of booking the appointment with a major credit card, in order to keep that time open on Lena's schedule. Rescheduling, with less than a 24 hour notice, will result in the loss of the holding fee and an additional booking fee of $50.00 for the rescheduled session. All costs associated with rescheduling must be prepaid by credit card at the time of rescheduling. Canceling the appointment with less than a 24 hour notice (and no reschedule) will result in a charge of half the normal session fee on your card,
NOTE TO ESTABLIHED CUSTOMERS: It is not uncommon for LENA to wait until the end of the session to run a client's payment through on their credit card. Should she exercise this option and the card be declined with no other payment option available to her at that time, there will be a $25 fee for each day thereafter until the payment is received. Should a client request LENA hold off on charging their credit card for more than three consecutive days, a $25 fee will be added to the total. [*LENA does not charge a $25 fee for delaying the charge less than three days if this delay has been agreed upon prior to the start of the session]
In the event that LENA must resort to legal measures to secure her payment, all legal fees pertaining to this matter will be the responsibility of the delinquent client.
